• Responsibility for the high-quality execution of the entire customer journey, from the moment an order is placed until it is timely delivered
• Establishing and maintenance working relationships to our semiconductor customers as well as manufacturing and distribution partners along the value chain
• Consideration of the worldwide supply markets and supply chain
• Working purposefully with our stakeholders to reach our customer´s needs
• Using proven practices to solve problems and optimize our service based on service complaints and KPIs analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commercial apprenticeship
• Longtime work experience in a customer facing role with focus on supply chain/ logistics; preferably in semiconductors industry
• Experience in complaint management; independent root cause analysis and definition of CAPAs
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems based on KPIs
• Professional English and German proficiency are required, additional European language (French, Italian) skills preferred
• Proven experience in SAP S/4, SFDC and MS Office applications
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels within organization
